We are hiring a Healthcare Project Management Professional for our growing team!  The Healthcare Project Management Professional will lead and oversee complex projects within our healthcare organization. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of healthcare operations, regulatory requirements, and project management methodologies to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, set milestones, and ensure timely execution of healthcare initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, healthcare professionals, and external partners to define project goals, requirements, and expectations.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, standards, and compliance requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Resource Management: Efficiently allocate resources, manage project budgets, and optimize resource utilization to achieve project objectives.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing challenges to minimize impact on project timelines and outcomes.
  • Communication: Facilitate transparent and effective communication within the project team and with relevant stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement quality control processes to guarantee the delivery of high-quality healthcare solutions that meet industry standards.
  • Continuous Improvement: Evaluate project performance, gather feedback, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes.
  • Be part of a mission-oriented team that is fast moving and very innovative.
  • Maintain a respectful relationship with employees, interns and persons served/clients.
  • Maintain confidentiality at all times displaying a professional disposition towards fellow staff.
  • Maintain a positive working relationship with staff and persons served/clients alike.
  • Bring policy/personnel issues to supervision as they arise.
  • Protect the privacy of all staff and persons served/client information in accordance with organizational privacy policies, procedures and practices, as required by federal and state law, and in accordance with general principle of professionalism as a healthcare provider. Failure to comply with organizational policies and procedures on persons served/client privacy may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment.
  • Expected to report, without the threat of retaliation, any concerns regarding organizational policies and procedures on persons served/client privacy and any observed practices in violation of the policy to their supervisor.

Key Experience and Education Needed:

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in healthcare project management, with a track record of successfully leading and completing projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare industry regulations, compliance standards, and best practices.
  • Strong leadership skills, ability to motivate teams, and drive collaboration across various departments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
  • Proficient in project management tools and software.

  • Ability to prioritize work- and work- related responsibilities
  • Must have the ability to interact with staff in a professional manner
  • Ability to coordinate and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
  • Knowledgeable or ability to become knowledgeable about and have a heart for mental and behavioral healthcare, addiction treatment, and recovery.
  • Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to read detailed health records
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 10 lbs.
  • Ability to operate computer and other equipment in the office
  • Must have sufficient mobility to move around the office and the community
  • Occasional travel to facilities located throughout Kentucky
