We are hiring a Food Server for our growing team within our Masterpiece Cafe in Inez, KY within our Enterprise division! As a Food Server, you will be responsible for attending to diners before, during, and after their meals by helping them place, receive, and pay for their orders. They also ensure the timely delivery of food and beverages by checking on their tables periodically throughout the service time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order
- Attending to customers upon entrance to the restaurant
- Presenting menus, serving, and helping customers select food/beverages
- Ensure that food preparation areas are clean, sanitized, and organized at all times.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with management regarding ingredient orders to ensure freshness and availability.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe and hygienic kitchen environment.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to coordinate cooking schedules and ensure timely delivery of food orders.
- Assist with menu planning and development as needed.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working under pressure.

Key Experience and Education Needed:
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Previous experience in food preparation preferred
Other Qualifications to be Considered:
- Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods a Plus
- Ability to follow all sanitation procedures
- Recent experience in managing food services
- Ability to work in a team
- Very good communication skills
- Excellent physical condition and stamina
- Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift and carry up to 10 lbs.
- Working around hot surfaces
