We are hiring a Master Plumber for our growing team!  The Master Plumber will be a skilled tradesperson in charge of installing, inspecting, and repairing pipes and plumbing systems to make sure all of a building’s fixtures operate correctly. This position will have the requirement of being a Master Level Plumber with the ability to pull permits.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in commercial and residential structures.
  • Collaborate with general contractors, electricians, and other construction professionals.
  • Follow building plans and blueprints.
  • Respond to, diagnose, and resolve plumbing emergencies.
  • Perform routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems.
  • Light construction, carpentry, painting, plastering, flooring, ceiling, and electrical work as required.
  • Prepare bids, budgets, and cost estimates.
  • Keep accurate records of time spent working, description of work performed, and materials used.
  • Build strong customer relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
  • Educate customers on residential needs, financial options, and maintenance plans.
  • Provide expert technical support for effective problem resolution.
  • Exceed revenue goals through adherence to established sales criteria.
  • Stay updated on manufacturer products for professionalism and knowledge.
  • Diagnose and resolve a range of plumbing issues with appropriate tools.
  • Mentor apprentices, contributing to a skilled workforce.
  • Actively engage in training sessions to stay current with industry practices.
  • Maintain an organized job site and well-inventoried truck for efficiency.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, fostering satisfaction and generating referrals.
  • Uphold high standards of ethics, honesty, and integrity in all interactions.

Key Experience and Education Needed:

  • Minimum 5 years of Plumbing experience preferred.
  • Masters Plumbing License.
  • Mechanical Aptitude.
  • A clean and safe driving record.

  • An enthusiastic and positive individual eager to embrace challenges.
  • Physically able to work on HVAC units - Must be able to lift 50 pounds at a time.
  • Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, crawling, or climbing ladders.
  • Ability to work outside; exposed to heat and cold.
  • Skilled in the use of hand and power tools used in the plumbing trade
  • Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and safety practices
  • Ability to read and follow blueprints and rough drawings
  • Familiarity with PVC, CPVC, PEX, cast iron, and copper
  • Effective oral communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to complete projects unsupervised and unassisted
  • Proficiency in basic mathematics and conversion of measurements
