POSITION SUMMARY: The Assistant Manager of Mainstreet Industries is responsible for the oversight of all financial reporting and liability of 3 Sisters Events, Masterpiece Kitchen, and Masterpiece Café. This person will work closely with the ARC Financial Department and Marketing Departments to ensure all proper financial data is being tracked, deposits are made, equipment and food are ordered, assisting in content creation for social media, quality clientele engagement, possess the ability to use/establish performance indicators to measure and evaluate progress and ensuring goals match the requirements of the Company.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The following is a summary of the major essential functions of this position. The position may require other duties, both major and minor, that are not mentioned below – daily functions are subject to change primarily provisional on sales on market trends.

  • Assist 3-Sisters Event and Catering Manager in all aspects of business operations.
  • Ensure inventory, delivery and setup occur for all events as scheduled.
  • Represent all entities in a professional manner with superior customer service.
  • Support or oversee all inventory affairs regarding 3 Sisters, Masterpiece Kitchen and/or Masterpiece Café.
  • Track sales of, negotiate contracts with and schedule/assist artists who display art at the Painted Cow Art Gallery.
  • Ensure that all “MainStreet” or downtown venues are properly stocked with imperative supplies (both consumable and non-consumable).
  • Benchmark event success and format necessary plans for improvement.
  • Quantify, record and project gross revenue; as well as effectively work with the sales and marketing teams to ensure financial/commerce goals are met.
  • Communicate customer requirements in a timely manner to all internal departments as required, ensuring delivery of superior guest service.
  • Withhold (or obtain) required Food Safety Certifications, as well as ensure all food safety standards are recognized and followed with all Mainstreet Enterprises.
  • Follow policies, procedures, and processes for interfacing between Enterprises and all ARC- related entities.
  • Maintain a respectful relationship with employees, interns, and persons served/clients.
  • Display a professional disposition towards fellow staff, as well as maintain confidentiality for necessary business matters.
    • Maintain a positive working relationship with Addiction Recovery Care/Odyssey, Inc. staff as well as customers and clients alike.
  • Immediately inform supervisor of policy and/or personnel issues as they arise.
  • Protect the privacy of all staff and persons served/client information in accordance with Addiction Recovery Care Center/Odyssey, Inc.’s privacy policies, procedures, and practices – as required by federal and state law and in accordance with general principles of professionalism as a healthcare provider.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/CERTIFICATIONS:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • ServeSafe Certification (or inclination to immediately receive certification upon hire)
  • Basic computer skills – Proficiency in Microsoft Office

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:

  • Knowledge and competency in problem-solving, stress management, professional ethics, and team building.
  • Flexibility and willingness to adapt to schedule changes; as well as the embodiment to accept job responsibilities not fully depicted within this job description albeit necessary according to

management’s discretion and/or task at hand.

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.
  • Ability to project sales and work with sales and marketing teams to achieve foreordained goals.
 

WORKPLACE ENVIROMENT AND ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time.
  • Must be able to adhere to process protocol.
  • Ability to complete tasks in situations that have a speed or productivity quota.
