We are hiring a Business Administration Analyst for our growing team! The Business Administration Analyst is responsible for analyzing and improving organizational processes, systems, and business operations to optimize efficiency and productivity. This role involves conducting detailed research, identifying areas for improvement, and providing data-driven recommendations to management. The Business Administration Analyst plays a key role in ensuring that business operations align with the company's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

•  Data Analysis and Reporting:
  •  Collect and analyze business data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommend solutions to management.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics to assess operational success.
• Process Improvement:
  • Evaluate current business processes and workflows to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, or gaps.
  • Propose improvements and design streamlined processes to increase operational effectiveness and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes and track progress.
•  Project Management:
  • Lead or participate in projects aimed at improving business operations, products, or services.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful project execution.
  • Track and report on the progress of initiatives, making adjustments as necessary.
• Financial Analysis and Budgeting:
  • Assist in the preparation and monitoring of departmental budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  • Analyze financial data and recommend strategies to improve financial performance and profitability
• Collaboration and Communication:
  • Work closely with department leaders to understand business needs and provide actionable insights.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment and drive successful 

Key Experience and Education Needed:

• High School diploma or GED
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle crisis situations in a calm and supportive manner
• Ability to exhibit professional and courteous behavior, consistent with the ARC mission statement, when interacting with persons of varying backgrounds and education levels to create a safe and healthy relationship with clients served .
