We are hiring a Environmental Services Lead (Day Shift) for our growing team!  The Environmental Services Lead is responsible for the presentability to the public and stewardship of services while maintaining a safe and clean environment for both employees and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Janitorial duties located the Crown Campus.
  • Oversee duties performed by part time temporary staff while ensuring a high quality of cleanliness is achieved.
  • Outdoor Janitorial duties include (but not limited to): Trash pickup, disposal of weeds around the
  • properties, general ground maintenance and upkeep.
  • Indoor Janitorial duties include (but not limited to): Ensuring cleanliness of the facilities (sweeping,
  • mopping, etc), keeping facility supplies in stock (kitchen, bathroom, and common areas).
  • Maintain a respectful relationship with employees, interns and persons served/clients.
  • Maintain confidentiality at all times displaying a professional disposition towards fellow staff.
  • Maintain a positive working relationship with Addiction Recovery Care Center/Odyssey, Inc.’s staff and persons served/clients alike.
  • Bring policy/personnel issues to supervision as they arise.
  • Protect the privacy of all staff and persons served/client information in accordance with Addiction
  • Recovery Care Center/Odyssey, Inc.’s privacy policies, procedures and practices, as required by federal and state law, and in accordance with general principles of professionalism as a healthcare provider. Failure to comply with Addiction Recovery Care Center/Odyssey, Inc.’s policies and procedures on persons served/client privacy may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment.
  • May access protected health information (PHI) and other persons served/client information only to the extent that is necessary to complete your job duties. The incumbent may only share such information with those who have a need to know specific persons served/client information you have in your possession to complete their job responsibilities related to treatment, payment or other Addiction Recovery Care Center/Odyssey, Inc.’s operations.
  • Expected to report, without the threat of retaliation, any concerns regarding Addiction Recovery Care Center/Odyssey, Inc.’s policies and procedures on persons served/client privacy and any observed practices in violation of the policy to their supervisor.

Key Experience and Education Needed:

  • High School Diploma of GED.

Other Qualifications to be Considered:

  • Attention to detail and organization a must.
  • Adhere to Confidentiality requirements as outlined in 42 CFR, Part 2.
  • Computer literate with experience in a Windows environment.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to prioritize work and work related responsibilities.
  • Some knowledge of Human Resources.
  • Must have the ability to interact with staff in a professional manner.
  • Ability to coordinate and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
  • Knowledge and competency in problem solving, stress management, ethics and team building.
  • Knowledge of Substance Abuse
  • Knowledge of Federal, State and
  • Municipal laws and/or regulations that regulate the treatment of alcoholism and drug addiction, including: Confidentiality, Persons served/client rights, Professional Code of Ethics, Discrimination
  • Flexibility to adapt to schedule changes and assumption of responsibilities not delineated in the job description which are related to work as a member of an addiction treatment
