We are hiring a Learning, Development & HR Compliance Manager to our growing team!  The Learning, Development & HR Compliance Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing employee training and development programs, with a strong emphasis on Learning Management System (LMS) administration, workforce education, and regulatory compliance. This role ensures consistent training delivery across all centers and supports adherence to applicable regulatory standards, including AODE compliance requirements. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and manage the organization’s Learning Management System (LMS), including assignment, tracking, and reporting of required and optional training across all locations.
  • Develop, coordinate, and deliver employee training and development programs, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and compliance requirements.
  • Conduct regular site visits to organizational centers to provide in-person training, coaching, and support, and to assess training effectiveness and consistency.
  • Ensure organization-wide compliance with applicable policies and regulatory standards, including AODE requirements, through audits, monitoring, and corrective action follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of training completion, compliance activities, and audit findings; provide regular reports to leadership.
  • Identify training gaps and compliance risks, and collaborate with leadership to implement improvements and updates to training programs and policies.
  • Support onboarding and ongoing education of staff across multiple centers to ensure consistent knowledge, performance, and regulatory adherence.
  • Partner with HR, Operations, and Center Leadership to promote a culture of continuous learning, accountability, and compliance.

Key Experience and Education Needed:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred 
  • Appropriate State and Federal Clearances where necessary
  • Substance abuse field experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Analytical and multitasking skills
  • Attention to detail and organization a must
